rebuilding through community and meaningful connection
Back To You (for those who are single and no longer in a relationship, or are actively leaving a relationship)
Working it out (for those actively in a relationship)
Who this is for:
Individuals (traditional, polyamorous, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent) who are single or actively leaving a relationship.
You may have arrived here if your relationship experiences have left you...
Repeating the same unhealthy, confusing, or emotionally exhausting relationship patterns.
Struggling to let go of a relationship, situationship, or connection that no longer aligns with who you are becoming.
Feeling disconnected from yourself after a breakup, betrayal, divorce, dishonesty or other difficult relationship experiences.
Overthinking communication, mixed signals, inconsistency, or emotional unavailability in dating and relationships.
Wanting connection while also fearing vulnerability, intimacy, rejection, or getting hurt again.
What you learn:
How to identify and break the relationship patterns, habits and dynamics that keep you stuck.
How to rebuild self-trust, confidence, and a stronger sense of identity outside of relationships.
How to better understand attachment, emotional triggers, boundaries, and communication in dating and relationships.
How to recognize healthy versus unhealthy relationship dynamics without losing yourself in the process.
How to approach future relationships with greater clarity, intention, emotional awareness, and relational intelligence.
And more!
Being single and focusing on yourself is where meaningful growth happens. We'll go back to you and rebuild from there.
When and how we meet:
We meet weekly for 3 months, with all sessions held securely and virtually via Zoom for easy, consistent access.
Session snapshot:
Each session is centered around a specific topic to guide insight, reflection and growth. You always have the opportunity to discuss, ask questions and receive feedback from Angela and the group.
Why this community matters:
This community is an intimate space (about 8 members per group) where you are seen, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways.
The group you're placed in will remain the same throughout the 3 months to help create connection and consistency.
You gain additional access to an online community for continued connection and support between sessions, as well as different handouts and resources provided by Angela.
You can stop "getting through it" and start understanding and moving forward.

Relationships and life can be isolating at times. We all go through experiences, questions, and challenges within and outside of our relationships. But sometimes we don't have the right space or people to talk things through, feel supported, and grow from it in a meaningful way.
It can be difficult to navigate challenges, concerns, or even curiosities when you’re worried about how others might view you, your partner, or your relationship. And sometimes, that concern exists within the relationship itself.
Community is where we feel connected to others who are navigating similar experiences so we don't have to go through everything alone. It's a space where you can be honest and feel supported, understood, and challenged in ways that help you become who want to be so you can create the relationships and life you desire.
Not a problem! Reach out to me below and we can chat.
Each group runs for 3 months, where we meet securely and virtually through Zoom every week.
