  • Is transitioning into a new stage in life, such as marriage, parenting, divorce, retirement, career changes, moving, financial changes and others, and you are discovering how to navigate the challenges that arise together. 

  • Is polyamorous, neurodivergent or part of the LGBTQ+ community and you are working through how to navigate personal, relational, and societal expectations and stigmas.

  • Feels disconnected and fragmented. 

  • Experiences a loss of sexual and emotional intimacy.

  • Has difficulties with communication, such as each partner being seen, heard, and understood, as well as each partner communicating what they mean.

You and your partner(s) may deal with these difficulties by…

  • Demanding more from your partner(s).

  • Arguing by yelling, criticizing, name calling, blaming and shaming one another.

  • Avoiding or spending less time with one another and increasingly spending more time with others outside of the relationship.

  • Decreasing communication and mainly interacting when there are questions or concerns about day-to-day tasks.

how do i sign up?

Click on the "Book A Free Discovery Call" button (found under each coaching option above). You'll be prompted to select a time that works best for a free, 20 minute discovery call. This is where we will discuss more about the services, what to expect, answer all questions, and make sure it's a good fit.

do i need to be in a relationship?

No! You can be in or out of a relationship, or your relationship could be a bit complicated. If you have questions about which service is right for you, reach out by clicking on "Contact Me" located in the top menu bar. Or scroll a little further down and click on the "Contact Me" button.

What's the time commitment?

The time commitment is based on how many sessions you do. You have the option to space your sessions out in whatever way feels best, and I will make recommendations on this as well. Together, we will go over all the policies and procedures, including cancellations and rescheduling. That way you know exactly what to expect.
